LOVE Bougainvillea. For some reason I never had any luck growing it. I love driving through India at Bougainvillea flowering time because the whole subcontinent is a patchwork or searing hot flowers all vying for attention. Stunning.

Hi Portia. I bet it’s incredible in India – the colours in that country look so amazing. I’ve never been but it’s on the list. I know it’s a favourite place for you. The bougainvillea here just grows like weeds really. We attached it to the house better this year and it’s taken off. It looks completely barren when it’s gone.
